A high-layer-frame intelligent plant cultivation system is suitable for automatically cultivating a number of plant pots and includes a greenhouse, a layer frame unit, and a transportation device. The layer frame unit is installed in a compartment of the greenhouse and includes a number of cultivation cells for loading the cultivation pots. The transportation device includes a movement unit, a lifting unit, and a transportation unit.
