PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lift-up device capable of connecting a seat device to a seat support mechanism even in a narrow space.SOLUTION: The lift-up device includes the seat device 200 usable as a wheelchair outside a cabin and usable as a seat inside the cabin floor fixed parts 110 fixed to a vehicle floor a slide mechanism 120 provided to be slidably laid on the floor fixed parts 110 a rotating mechanism 130 provided to be rotatable relative to the slide mechanism 120 a lifting mechanism 140 moving the seat device 200 between the rotating mechanism 130 in the cabin and a lowered position outside the cabin and a seat support mechanism 150 constituted to be attachable to and detachable from the seat device 200.
