The present invention discloses a composition for promoting skin repair and preparation method and application thereof, which includes the following steps: (1) removing the red blood cell layer of lower layer for cord blood using slow speed centrifugal method and condensing the cells of upper layer using high speed centrifugal method and conducting the freeze-thaw cycle to obtain a first-type cytokines mixture (2) using rinsing solution to rinse the umbilical cord tissue and conducting cell separation and subculture followed by freeze-thaw cycle and condensation desalination to obtain a second-type cytokines mixture and, (3) mixing the first-type cytokines mixture and the second-type cytokines mixture in a specific ratio as a composition for promoting skin repair. The composition of the present invention may be applied to proliferation of skin collagen and skin repair.本發明揭示一種促進皮膚修復之組成物及其製備方法及用途,其步驟包含:(1)將一臍帶血利用慢速離心以去除下層紅血球層,再將該上層細胞以高速離心進行濃縮,並進行凍融循環,以獲得一第一型細胞激素混合物。(2)利用沖洗液沖洗一臍帶組織,並分離細胞以及繼代培養,再經由凍融循環、濃縮去鹽步驟,以獲得一第二型細胞激素混合物。(3)將該第一型細胞激素混合物與該第二型細胞激素混合物以特定比例混合為促進皮膚修復之組成物。本發明之組成物可應用於皮膚膠原蛋白之增生以及皮膚修復。
