PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reforming fruits and the like by applying an electric stimulus to fruit trees such as vines, and vegetables.SOLUTION: Electrodes and counter electrodes thereof are inserted at different places of fruit trees or annual plants, and with both electrodes in contact with the internal tissue, an electric voltage is applied between the electrodes. Fruit trees include plants for fruit trees such as banana, pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, etc. in addition to perennial woody plants that bear fruits. As a result, it is possible to increase the sugar content of the fruit and to decrease the acidity. In particular, when the fruit tree is a vine tree, the anthocyanin content and the resveratrol content of the grape fruit can be increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】ブドウ等の果樹や野菜に電気刺激を与えることにより、果実等を改質させる方法を提供する。【解決手段】果樹又は一年生草木植物の異なる箇所に電極とその対極を挿入し、両電極を内部組織に接触させた状態で、電極間に電圧を印加する。果樹とは、果実をつける永年性の木本性植物に加えて、バナナ、パイナップル、パパイヤ、パッションフルーツなどの果樹の台木用植物を含む。これにより、果実の糖度を増加させ、酸度を減少させることができる。特に、果樹がブドウ樹である場合には、ブドウ果実のアントシアニン含量やレスベラトロール含量を増加させることができる。【選択図】図３
