The present invention relates to a surgical device (1) for surgery of a human knee. The surgical device (1) has a guide component (10) and a tensioning component (20). The guide component (10) has a base body (110) with a base surface (111), for placing on a tibial end face (5), and guide elements (120) that extend from the base surface (111). The tensioning component (20) is designed to tension the guide component (10) in such a way that the ligaments of the knee are uniformly tensioned in a state of flexion of the knee. A truing and drilling component (30) for truing and drilling a femoral end face (4) can be pushed onto the guide elements (120) and can be fixed in different positions with respect to the base surface (111). By means of the surgical device according to the invention, a risk of damage and of incorrect handling during the operation on a human knee is reduced and the duration of the operation is shortened.
