The present invention relates to a surgical instrument for lens extraction. The present invention is designed such that easy access is ensured to both a lens positioned ahead of an iris through front lens implantation and a hardly accessible lens positioned behind the iris through rear lens implantation during the course of lens removal and extraction following insertion into a cornea based on lens implantation and damage to corneal endodermis attributable to the lens can be prevented. As a configuration for extracting the lens inserted into a surface layer of the cornea by moving into the corneal surface layer through a slit formed in the corneal surface layer, the present invention includes a grasper unit provided with a pair of engaging steps formed to be capable of being engaged with each other at tips along a length direction and provided to be capable of gripping the lens by moving into the corneal surface layer through the slit and a handle portion formed to be capable of being gripped, connected to the grasper unit, and provided to be capable of operating the engaging steps at the tips of the grasper unit.본 발명은 렌즈 삽입술을 통해 각막 내에 삽입된 렌즈를 제거하는 적출 과정에서 전방 렌즈 삽입술을 통해 홍채 전방에 위치한 렌즈뿐만 아니라, 후방 렌즈 삽입술을 통해 진입이 어려운 홍채 후방에 위치하는 렌즈의 접근성도 용이하며, 렌즈가 각막내피에 손상을 주는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 설계된 렌즈 적출용 수술도구에 관한 것으로서, 각막표층에 형성된 절개창을 통해 상기 각막표층 내로 진입하여 상기 각막표층 내에 삽입되어 있는 렌즈를 적출하기 위한 구성으로, 길이 방향에 따른 선단에 서로 맞물릴 수 있게 형성된 한 쌍의 물림턱이 구비되어, 상기 절개창을 통해 상기 각막표층 내로 진입하여 상기 렌즈를 파지할 수 있도록 마련되는 그래스퍼부와, 파지 가능하도록 형성되어 상기 그래스퍼부와 연결되며, 상기 그래스퍼부 선단의 물림턱을 조작할 수 있도록 마련되는 핸들부를 포함하는 렌즈 적출용 수술도구가 개시된다.
