PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of managing an exposure dose of an operator easily and at low costs.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: an X-ray generation part 3 for generating an X-ray according to an X-ray generation condition; an X-ray detection part 5 for detecting the X-ray generated by the X-ray generation part 3 that transmits an object to be examined placed on a top board 11; an irradiation dose distribution formation part 19 for forming the irradiation dose distribution related to the objected to be examined based on the relative positional relationship between the X-ray generation part 3 and the top board 11, and the X-ray generation condition; a scattered ray dose distribution formation part 21 for forming the dose distribution of an X-ray scattered ray based on the irradiation dose distribution, the relative positional relationship, and the X-ray generation condition; and a display part 25 for displaying the scattered ray dose distribution.
