The invention relates specifically to the chemical synthesis, identification and determination of the chemical structure of analogues of the caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) with activity against cancer, especially against liver cancer. The invention also relates to the production of pharmaceutical compositions containing same and to the use thereof for preventing and treating cancer by means of the chemoprotective capacity thereof.La presente invención se refiere específicamente a la síntesis química, identificación y determinación de la estructura química de análogos del éster fenetílico del ácido caféico (CAPE) con actividad contra cáncer, particularmente contra cáncer hepático. La invención también se refiere a la preparación de composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen y a su uso para la prevención y el tratamiento del cáncer por su capacidad quimioprotectora.Résumé.
