Cryotherapy device (1) comprising: - a cryotherapy chamber (2) for receiving a subject to be treated (3)； - A cold generator (4) arranged to generate an internal temperature in the cryotherapy chamber (2) at least ten degrees Celsius lower than a temperature external to the cryotherapy chamber. The device comprises: - a central unit (5)； - a first measurement sensor (6) operatively connected to said central unit (5) for measuring a skin temperature of a part of the subject (3) located in said cryotherapy chamber (2)； and - an information device (7) operatively connected to said central unit (5) for generating a signal for the attention of the subject (3), said central unit (5) controlling the transmission of the signal (S) to the attention of the subject as a function of skin temperature measurements generated by the first measurement sensor (6). Dispositif de cryothérapie (1) comprenant : - une chambre de cryothérapie (2) pour recevoir un sujet à traiter (3) ； - un générateur de froid (4) agencé pour générer une température interne à la chambre de cryothérapie (2) inférieure d'au moins une dizaine de degrés Celsius à une température externe à la chambre de cryothérapie. Le dispositif comporte : - une unité centrale (5) ； - un premier capteur (6) de mesure fonctionnellement relié à ladite unité centrale (5) pour mesurer une température cutanée d'une partie de sujet (3) se trouvant dans ladite chambre de cryothérapie (2) ； et - un dispositif d'information (7) fonctionnellement relié à ladite unité centrale (5) pour générer un signal à l'attention du sujet (3), ladite unité centrale (5) commandant l'émission du signal (S) à l'attention du sujet en fonction de mesures de températures cutanées générées par le premier capteur de mesure (6).
