PURPOSE: An oxygen absorber with antimicrobial function using allyl isothiocyanate and a manufacturing method thereof in which the antibacterial function has are provided to supply the food container packing material fo oxygen scavenging agent of the new concept. CONSTITUTION: An allyl isothiocyanate and the spirits are mixed to the rate of 5:5 to 8:2. The mixed solution mixes the rate of the weight ratio of 2:8. The isothiocyanate mixed solution in which the fixed water is annexed and which impregnates the water in the carrier in which the isothiocyanate mixed solution which informs is impregnated informed is impregnated is obtained. The allyl isothiocyanate mixes the oxygen scavenging agent and the isothiocyanate mixed solution.본 발명은 철 분말 탈산소제의 탈산소 기능이 저해되지 않으면서 우수한 항균 기능을 가지는 항균기능이 있는 탈산소제와 이 탈산소제의 용이한 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 본 발명의 항균기능이 있는 탈산소제는 철 분말, 담체 및 철 분말의 산화를 촉진하는 촉진제로 구성되는 탈산소제에 있어서, 상기 탈산소제는 알릴 이소티오시아네이트(Allyl Isothiocyanate； AIT)와 주정을 5:5 내지 8:2의 비율로 혼합한 혼합액을 담체에 함침한 후 일정량의 물을 더 함침하고 숙성시켜 흐름성이 부여된 AIT 담체를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 한다.상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 항균기능이 있는 탈산소제는 철 분말의 탈산소제에 알릴 이소티오시아네이트(AIT)를 일정비율로 함유하는 AIT 담체가 혼합되어 얻어지므로 식품 포장 용기 내에 있어서 산소를 제거하는 탈산소 능력이 저해되지 않아 빠른 시간 내에 산소를 완전하게 제거할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, AIT의 항균작용이 발휘되므로 식품 포장지 내의 혐기성 세균까지 살균 내지 억제함으로써 신선도는 물론 유통기간도 획기적으로 늘릴 수 있는 새로운 항균 기능이 있는 탈산소제 및 이의 용이한 제조방법을 제공한다.
