The present invention provides an antibody that binds to human gremlin-1 (GREM1), and methods of use. According to certain embodiments of the present invention, the antibody is a fully human antibody that binds to GREM1. The antibodies of the present invention are useful for inhibiting or neutralizing GREM1 activity and thus provide a method of treating GREM1-related diseases or disorders, such as fibrosis and cancer.
