PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal by preventing direct contact with a recovery target and to reduce virus infection resulting from the recovery target.SOLUTION: A recovery sheet has: a sheet-like water-absorbing layer 11 a sealing layer 12 having waterproofness, for covering the front surface side of the water-absorbing layer and an objective layer 13 having water permeability, for covering the rear surface side of the water-absorbing layer.
