The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an air cell using an elastic fiber fabric, and an air cell structure and a thermal mat manufactured thereby. The air cell manufacturing method using elastic fiber fabric comprises: a first step of performing a lamination process by thermally bonding an elastic fiber fabric on a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film in order to form a plurality of air cushion pads constituting a set of the air cushion pads used in a thermal mat having an air cell structure; and a second step of forming an air cell structure for each of the air cushion pads constituting the set of the air cushion pads used in the thermal mat by vacuum molding after being placed in a mold and heated. The present invention: improves the surface tactile and visual effects of an air cell mat by laminating elastic fiber fabric on a TPU film; is formed in an air cell structure of a single layer or multilayer; forms an upper layer and a lower layer in the same or different structure when formed in a multilayer; is selectively applicable to improve structural design or shape stability for improving the surface tactile sensation of the lower layer to be same as that of the upper layer, and to provide body vitality functions; and smoothly absorbs an impact adaptively up and down in spite of sudden changes in body caused by a patient with mobility discomfort by providing a shock buffering and stable lifting structure through a parallel extension tube when forming a single layer structure and a gas dispersion structure preferential to the upper and lower layers through a vertical extension tube when forming a multilayer structure.본 발명은, 탄성섬유 패브릭을 이용한 에어셀 제조 방법, 그리고 이에 의해 제조된 에어셀 구조 및 온열매트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는, 에어셀 구조를 갖는 온열매트에 사용되는 에어쿠션 패드 집합을 구성하는 복수의 에어쿠션 패드를 각각 형성하기 위해 열가소성 폴리 우레탄(TPU) 필름 위에 탄성섬유 패브릭을 열접합하여 라미네이션 공정을 수행하는 제 1 단계; 및 금형에 넣고 열을 가해 진공 성형하여 온열매트에 사용되는 에어쿠션 패드 집합을 구성하는 복수의 에어쿠션 패드 각각에 대해서 에어셀 구조를 형성하는 제 2 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성섬유 패브릭을 이용한 에
