摘要：: The present invention relates to mouse-derived Lactobacillus johnsonii and a composition for boosting immune functions using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to transformed mouse-derived Lactobacillus johnsonii exhibiting antiviral activities and immune-boosting functions by containing an optimized protein with antiviral activities as a carrier for mouse-derived lactobacillus. The present invention further relates to a composition for boosting immune functions using the same.본 발명은 생쥐의 락토바실러스 존스니 및 이를 이용한 면역증진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 항바이러스 활성이 있는 최적화된 단백질을 생쥐 유래 유산균을 운반체로 하여 항바이러스 활성 및 면역증진 효과를 동시에 가지는 형질전환된 생쥐의 락토바실러스 존스니 및 이를 이용한 면역증진용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
