The height adjusting mechanism (20) is composed of a front wheel supporting member (21L) and a rear wheel supporting member (22L) that are attached to the housing so as to be capable of swinging up and down a linking member (25) for linking the front and rear wheel supporting members so as to be capable of associated motion and a locking mechanism (50) for restricting and releasing displacement of the linking member in the forward and backward direction. The front wheel supporting member (21L) or the rear wheel supporting member (22L) has an arcuate part (81), the arcuate part having on an arcuately shaped outer circumferential surface (81a) a display part (83) for displaying the height of the blade (14). The display part (83) is viewed through a peephole (84) formed in the housing (11).
