Die orthopädische Steh- und Gehhilfe kann sich durch ein Federelement auszeichnen, das im Bereich zwischen dem Schlitten und dem Sattel angeordnet ist, sodass der Sattel in Vertikalrichtung elastisch gelagert ist.
