A device and method for transdermally stimulating selected body parts of amammal which includes a first waveform generator for generating a firstwaveform having a first frequency capable of stimulating a first predeterminedbody part, a second waveform generator for generating a carrier waveformhaving a second frequency capable of passing through tissue of the mammal, anda third waveform generator for generating a third waveform having a thirdfrequency different from and out of phase with that of the first waveform, andcapable of stimulating a second predetermined body part. A modulation deviceis electrically coupled to the first, second and third waveform generators andmodulates the carrier, first, and third waveforms to create a modulated signalpackage. A first electrode is electrically coupled to the modulation deviceand positioned substantially adjacent to the skin of the mammal to apply themodulated signal package thereto.
