The feed composition and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention increase the digestibility of feeds by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria, and can greatly increase the improve the distribution stability of the feeds with the use of the fermentation terminating agent.본 발명은 락토바실러스 속 균 또는 비피도박테리움 속 균을 이용한 반추동물용 완전혼합사료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 본 발명은 락토바실러스 속 균 또는 비피도박테리움 속 균을 농산가공부산물 특히, 김치 제조시 발생하는 청엽에 접종하여 발효시킨 후 발효정지제를 첨가하여 발효를 정지시킨것을 포함하는 사료용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 사료용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법은 유산균으로 발효시킴으로 사료의 소화율을 증가시키고, 발효정지제의 사용으로 사료의 유통안정성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
