It is an object of the present invention to provide an Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) inhibitor useful as a therapeutic agent for acute myelogenous leukemia (AML). There is provided a novel nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound represented by the general formula [1] or a salt thereof. The compound of the present invention or a salt thereof can be used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of FLT3-related diseases or conditions, for example, acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).급성 골수성 백혈병(AML) 치료약으로서 유용한 Fms 유사 티로신 키나아제3(FLT3) 저해제를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한다. 일반식[1]으로 나타내어지는 신규인 함질소 복소환 화합물 또는 그 염을 제공한다. 본 발명의 화합물 또는 그 염은 FLT3에 관련된 질환 또는 상태, 예를 들면 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML), 급성 전골수구성 백혈병(APL)의 처치를 위한 의약 조성물의 유효 성분으로서 사용할 수 있다.
