A system of formation of a protocol based on feedback for the thermal treatment of a human or animal body part contains a heat exchange device for heating and/or cooling the body part, connected with a device for the thermal treatment, by means of which the method of the protocol formation is realised. The protocol for the thermal treatment is formed on the basis of the known protocol. Data, related to the patients response to thermal treatment, are obtained from the body part by means of measurement means. The formed protocol is adapted on the basis of the obtained data by adaptation means. At the stage of the protocol adaptation the quantity of thermal energy, exchanged in the process of thermal treatment and determined by the measurement means, is controlled.
