The present invention relates to a sweet potato roaster, which comprises: a heater in which a plurality of gas burners are equipped therein as a housing having an opened upper surface； and a roasting cylinder which is in a tunnel type and laminated on the heater so that an inner heating chamber is in communication with a heating chamber and the roasting cylinder can be detached from the heating chamber, and in which a main wall is formed in a double wall, a cylindrical heating pipe is arranged side by side from a front plate to the rear plate of the heating chamber and the front surface of the heating pipe is opened to the outward so that a drawer type sweet potato input container is provided therein to go inside or outside of the heating pipe, and in which a sweet potato storage is formed at a rear portion of the heating chamber, and a heat circulating chamber is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the heating chamber so that an air discharge air hole is formed at a position deviating from the inner wall and the outer wall, wherein a folding support angle is formed on the bottom surface of the heater.본 발명은 상면이 개방되는 함체로 되어 내부에 다수조의 가스버너가 장치된 가열기와, 터널형으로 되어 가열기 위에 적층되어 내측의 가열실이 가열실과 연통하고, 가열실에서 착탈되며, 주벽이 이중벽으로 되고, 가열실 압판에서 뒷판 쪽으로 원통형상의 가열관이 나란히 배치되어 각 가열관의 전면이 앞판 외측으로 개방되어 내부에 서랍형으로 된 고구마 투입통이 장치되어 가열관으로 출입되고, 가열실 후방에 군고구마 저장실이 형성되며, 가열실의 내벽과 외벽 사이에 회열실이 형성되어 내벽과 외벽에 각각 어긋나는 위치에 배기공이 형성된 구이통으로 이루어지고, 가열기 저면에 절첩형 지지각이 형성되는 구성의 고구마 구이기이다.
