PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for applying lubricant liquid which can easily and cleanly apply lubricant liquid to an insertion tube for the injection of a body fluid leakage preventing agent for the remains without staining hands, clothing, and the like.SOLUTION: The device for applying lubricant liquid to an insertion tube has a rear end section connected to a discharge cylinder section at the tip of an injector for a body fluid leakage preventing agent which is inserted into the body cavity of the remains from its tip to inject the body fluid leakage preventing agent in the above injector into the cavity of the remains, a housing chamber S composed of a cylindrical container member 30 and a cylindrical cover member 40 having holes 32, 42 at respective corresponding positions through which the insertion tube can be inserted, and a holder 50 housed and impregnated with the lubricant liquid to maintain it so as to be brought into contact with the insertion tube when inserted through the above holes.
