A therapeutic agent for impaired gastricaccommodation which contains as an active ingredient acompound represented by the general formula (1):(see formula 1)(wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl groupor a halogen atom； A represents a furyl group, athienyl group, a thiazolyl group or an oxazolyl group；R2 and R3 each represents an alkyl group with 1 to 5carbon atoms； and n represents an integer of 2 to 4)or an acid addition salt thereof.Use of a therapeutic agent of the presentinvention greatly alleviates symptoms caused by saiddisorders, such as early satiety and bloating, becauseit improves relaxation of gastric fundus and impairedgastric accommodation .
