PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biocomponent concentration measuring device which more accurately measures a biocomponent concentration contained in a living body.SOLUTION: A biocomponent concentration measuring device includes: a light source a substrate which has a concave part comprising metal microparticles and generating surface-enhanced Raman scattered light by light applied from the light source and a spectroscopic means for separating and detecting the surface-enhanced Raman scattered light generated from the substrate. The metal microparticles are formed on the concave part of the substrate.
