PURPOSE: A real-time angiography image providing method is provided to track a current position of catheters using markers thereby identifying accurately the current position of the catheters. CONSTITUTION: A real-time angiography image providing system distributes angiography images to monitors and frame grabbers (S300). The system processes the angiography images provided from the frame grabbers (S400). The system obtains the boundary line information of blood vessels. The system synthesizes images, from which the obtained boundary line of the blood vessels is extracted, with the images provided to the monitors (S500). The system displays the current position information of catheters on the synthesized image (S600). [Reference numerals] (S100) Marker attaching stage； (S200) Angiography image obtaining stage； (S300) Image distributing stage； (S400) Image processing stage； (S500) Image synthesizing stage； (S600) Catheter location re-input stage본 발명은 실시간 혈관조영 영상 제공방법에 관한 것으로, 환자의 신체 표면에 마커를 부착하는 마커 부착단계(S100)와； 환자의 체내에 조영제를 투여하면서 X-ray영상을 촬영하여 환자의 혈관조영 영상을 획득하는 혈관조영 영상 획득단계(S200)와； 획득된 혈관조영 영상을 모니터와 프레임 그래버로 각각 분배하는 영상 분배단계(S300)와； 상기 프레임 그래버에 의해 제공되는 혈관조영 영상을 처리하여 혈관의 경계선을 추출하는 영상 처리단계(S400)와； 상기 영상 처리단계(S400)에서 획득된 혈관의 경계선이 추출된 영상과 상기 모니터로 제공되는 영상을 서로 합성하여 출력하는 영상 합성단계(S500) 및； 상기 혈관조영 영상 획득단계(S200), 영상 분배단계(S300) 및 영상 처리단계(S400)를 지속적으로 수행하여 카테터의 현재의 위치정보를 획득하여 이를 상기 영상 합성단계(S500)에서 합성된 영상에 오버레이하여 표시하는 카테터 위치되먹임 단계(S600)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.상기와 같은 구성에 의해 본 발명은 혈관 중재적 시술 등을 행할 때 환자의 체내에 조영제를 한 번만 투여하고도 혈관의 경계선과 위치에 대한 정확한 정보를 실시간으로 제공받을 수 있다.
