Пересекают связку Трейтца. Мобилизуют нижнюю горизонтальную часть 12-перстной кишки. Выполняют дуодено-дуоденоанастомоз. В конце операции восстанавливают подковообразную форму 12-перстной кишки путем подвешивания к ножкам связки Трейтца тощей кишки на расстоянии 3-4 см влево от места первоначального прикрепления 12-перстной кишки, сшивая одним швом левую ножку связки Трейтца с серозо-мышечным слоем задней стенки тощей кишки по ее противобрыжеечному краю, а правую ножку - аналогичным швом с передней поверхностью кишечной стенки рядом с первым швом.
