The autoclave includes a sterilization chamber, a steam generator including a heat conductor housed in the sterilization chamber and including a vaporization duct for the sterilization fluid, connectors configured to connect the vaporization duct and the sterilization chamber in a fluidic through connection, and a heater configured to heat the heat conductor by vaporizing the sterilization fluid in the vaporization duct.
