FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely vacuum therapy apparatuses and is applicable for the purpose health improving and preventive massage in various fields of medicine, including in independent and field conditions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. An apparatus comprises a vacuum pump connected by vacuum hoses through an actuator assembly to a collector connected by the mated flexible vacuum hoses with applicators, and an electronic parameter control unit connected with a control panel setting the amplitude and time parameters, a display unit, the vacuum pump and the actuator assembly. Additionally, the parameter control unit is connected with a control and switch-off unit with its first output connected with the vacuum pump, and with its second unit connected with the actuator assembly, additionally comprising pressure sensors and decompression rate adjusters arranged in the collector. The parameter control unit generates in the applicators a pulse decompression at constant frequency and the preset time rise and fall of decompression or a combined decompression applied on the pulse decompression at constant frequency of additional decompression fluctuations at frequency specified within the range of 1.1-100 Hz, and/or a wave decompression with sequential generation of decompression in cavities of the applicators.EFFECT: using the invention allows enhancing the apparatus and providing higher patients safety.7 cl, 2 dwgИзобретение относится к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам для вакуум-терапии, и может быть использовано для проведения оздоровительного и профилактического массажа, в различных областях медицины, в том числе и в автономных и полевых условиях МЧС.
