Magnetic field is applied, which is formed by two coils of inductors connected via a magnetic flux by a flexible magnetic core. Magnetic field is moved around the recipients head along the arc of the circle in an arbitrary direction with controlled and equal angular velocity and with possibility of rotating with controlled speed the trajectory plane of the coils of inductors around the horizontal axis passing through the brain stimulation zone and normal to the vertical axis passing through the center of the circle. In this case center of rotation of the trajectory of the movement of the coils passes through the stimulation zone of the brain. When moving the coils of inductors around the head of the recipient establish the presence of forbidden brain regions, through which the motion of the vector of magnetic field induction is dangerous or prohibited. When the magnetic induction vector is approached, the induction values of the magnetic field are minimized.
