The present invention relates to a synthetic pulmonary surfactant composition which is suitable for preventing or treating respiratory distress syndrome (RDS). The pulmonary surfactant composition of the present invention exhibits excellent pulmonary surfactant functions compared to existing animal-derived pulmonary surfactants, and can be mass-produced economically through establishment of mass-synthesis systems.본 발명은 호흡곤란 증후군(respiratory distress syndrome； RDS)의 예방 또는 치료에 적합한 합성 폐 계면활성제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폐 계면활성제 조성물은 기존의 동물 유래 폐 계면활성제보다 우수한 폐 계면활성능을 가질 뿐만 아니라 대규모 합성 시스템 구축에 의해 경제적으로 대량 생산이 가능하다.
