The invention relates to agricultural machine building. The aim of the invention is to provide conditions for increasing the germination capacity of seeds and distributing said seeds uniformly along a row, in reducing costs incurred for pre-planting cultivation, for the application of herbicides at ground level in strips and for the use of the device, in reducing erosion and in simplifying the design. The combine planter is in the form of a planting section (1), which is connected to the frame of a sower (3). The frame (4) of the planting section is supported by means of levers (5) on two supporting rollers (6) which are arranged in interrow spaces. A universal cultivator tooth (9) is mounted behind the supporting rollers on the frame. A cover (11) with an opening for installing a herbicide distributer (12) is mounted on the tooth. A roller for breaking up the soil (13), which rotates about a spindle (14) and is connected by means of guide bars (15) to pins of the levers (5), is arranged behind the distributor on the cover. The spindle (7) of the supporting rollers is connected to the spindle (14) of the roller by means of a chain drive (16). A narrow-wedged plowshare (17) with cheeks (18) is mounted behind the cultivator tooth on the planting section. A flattened area (19) is formed in the heel part of the plowshare, and blades (20) and a sole-like seed presser (22) with blades (23) in a front portion and a conical recess (24) in the heel portion are mounted on the cheeks behind the plowshare.
