Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Blaseninstillationszusammensetzung, die mindestens zwei verschiedene Glycosaminoglykane oder deren Salze und mindestens ein Cytostatikum enthält, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung sowie ein Kit, welches separate Lösungen der Glycosaminoglykane und des Cytostatikums enthält.
