The present invention relates to a medical brace comprising a main body configured to be worn by a user, and a lacing system configured to tighten and loosen the main body, the lacing system comprising a lace, a plurality of lace guides configured to provide a lace path for the lace, wherein a first guide of the plurality of lace guides comprises a first opening and a second opening and a lace channel extending between the first opening and the second opening, wherein a second guide of the plurality of lace guides comprises a first opening, a second opening, and a lace channel extending between the first opening and the second opening, and wherein the second opening of the first guide and the first opening of the second guide are positioned between the first opening of the first guide and the second opening of the second guide, and a unitary housing piece supporting the plurality of lace guides.
