PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a moisture stress state in which influences of the nature of leaves or the like are reduced, in a method for reading a moisture stress state of a plant from a change in green leaf spectral characteristics.SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring spectral reflection characteristics in any arbitrary part on a surface of an object to be measured is used to scan spectral reflection characteristics of a tree surface that is an object to be measured, in a straight line. Only a required spectral reflection characteristic is selected from the arrangement of the spectral reflection characteristics obtained by this scan and averaging processing is performed thereon, thereby determining green leaf spectral reflection characteristics of the whole tree. Further, a moisture stress state is measured from the green leaf spectral reflection characteristics of the whole tree.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】植物の水分ストレス状態を緑葉分光特性の変化から読み取る方法において、葉の性状などの影響を軽減した水分ストレス状態の推定を行うことにある。【解決手段】測定対象物表面の任意の箇所の分光反射特性を計測する装置を用いて、測定対象物である樹木表面の分光反射特性を一文字に走査する。そして、この走査で得られた分光反射特性の並びから、必要な分光反射特性だけを選択して平均化処理することで、樹木全体の緑葉分光反射特性を決定する。さらに、この樹木全体の緑葉分光反射特性から水分ストレス状態を計測する。【選択図】図1
