This invention relates to a safety liquid delivery connection device, comprising a casing and a plug block. The casing has a first end, a second end, and a central passage lying therebetween. The central passage has an upper annular surface, a lower annular surface, and a working surface lying therebetween. The upper and the lower surfaces are respectively communicated with the first and the second ends. The plug block is elastically deformable and disposed in the central passage and has a bottom surface and a non-penetrating slit. The plug block also can be switched between a leakage stopping position and a liquid conduction position. When the plug block is located at the leakage stopping position, the non-penetrating slit is sealed and the bottom surface is in contact with the lower annular surface to close the central passage when the plug block is located at the liquid conduction position, the non-penetrating slit is propped open and the bottom surface is retreated from the lower annular surface to open the central passage for the liquid to flow through.
