A detection system for detecting a physiological abnormality of an elder includes a pedometer device, a ring device, and a mobile device. The pedometer device is used for measuring the walk status of the elder and generating the pedometer data. The ring device is used for measuring the jitter status of the elder and generating the jitter data. The mobile device includes a judging module which is used for comparing the pedometer data with the predetermined pedometer data, thereby judging whether the elder has a physiological deterioration, and then comparing the jitter data with the predetermined jitter data, thereby judging whether the elder has a physiological abnormality, and a warning message is sent through the mobile device when judging that the elder has a physiological abnormality.一種老人生理異常檢測系統，包括：計步裝置、指環裝置、行動裝置。計步裝置用於量測老人之腿部的行走狀況，對應產生計步資料。指環裝置用於量測老人之手指的抖動狀況，對應產生抖動資料。行動裝置包含有一判斷模組，該判斷模組用於將計步資料與預定計步資料進行比對，據此判斷老人是否有生理退化趨勢，並在判斷出老人是有生理退化趨勢時將抖動資料與預定抖動資料進行比對，據此判斷老人是否有生理異常趨勢，並在判斷出老人是有生理異常趨勢時透過行動裝置發出預警訊息。
