PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of simulation.SOLUTION: An aquatic resource management device 10 executes a first simulation that a capturer captures aquatic resources present within a predetermined area around the position of the capturer, using information on aquatic resources for associating each aquatic resource with the position of the aquatic resource and information on capturers for associating each capturer with the position of the capturer. If no capturer is present within a predetermined area around a predator for preying aquatic resources, the aquatic resource management device 10 executes a second simulation that the predator preys aquatic resources present within a predetermined area around the position of the predator, using information on predators for associating each predator with the position of the predator, the information on aquatic resources, and the information on capturers. The aquatic resource management device 10 counts the number of aquatic resources and the number of predators on the basis of results of the first and second simulations.
