PURPOSE: A method for producing a transgenic plant with enhanced resistance to environmental stress using OsFKBP16-3 gene is provided to develop the transgenic plant and to use the transgenic plant in industries. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing resistance to salt or dry stress in an Arabidopsis thaliana or Oryza sativa plant comprises a step of transforming a recombinant vector containing a gene encoding Oryza sativa-derived OsFKBP16-3 (Oryza sativa FK506-binding protein 16-3) in an Arabidopsis thaliana or Oryza sativa plant cell and overexpressing the genes. A method for producing a transgenic Arabidopsis thaliana or Oryza sativa plant with enhanced resistance to salt or dry stress comprises: a step of transforming the Arabidopsis thaliana or Oryza sativa plant cells; and a step of redifferentiating the Arabidopsis thaliana or Oryza sativa plant form the Arabidopsis thaliana or Oryza sativa plant cells.본 발명은 벼 유래의 OsFKBP16-3(Oryza sativa FK506-binding protein 16-3) 단백질 코딩 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터를 식물세포에 형질전환시켜 OsFKBP16-3 단백질 코딩 유전자를과발현시키는 단계를 포함하는 식물의 환경 스트레스에 대한 내성을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것으로, OsFKBP16-3 유전자를 이용하여 환경 스트레스에 대해 저항성이 강한 형질전환 식물체를 개발할 수 있게 하므로 산업적으로 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
