PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher belt capable of carrying a person to be carried in a stable manner while reducing a burden of a carrier when carrying the person to be carried by way of a place with a difference of elevation such as stairs or the like, and to provide a stretcher with the stretcher belt and a method of using the stretcher belt.SOLUTION: A stretcher belt 2 includes coupling parts 4a and 4b to be connected to a stretcher body and a length adjusting mechanism 6 for adjusting the length of a belt-shaped body 5, and secures a crotch and lower back portions of a person to be carried on the stretcher body in an inclined state.
