PURPOSE: A connecting device for a floating offshore structure and an assembly thereof are provided to maintain the airtightness of buoyancy bodies and to improve the durability of the offshore structure by stably maintaining a connection state between the buoyancy bodies. CONSTITUTION: A connecting device(100) for a floating offshore structure comprises a plate(110), a connection part(120), a first assembly part(130), and a second assembly part(140). The plate closes the opened end of a buoyancy body to maintain the airtightness of the buoyancy body. The connection part is formed on one side of the plate and is connected to the buoyancy body. The first assembly part is formed on the other side of the plate. The second assembly part is formed on the other side of the plate and is formed corresponding to the first assembly part to assemble the first and second assembly parts to each other.본 발명은 조립식 수상 부유구조물 연결체 및 그 연결체 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조립식 수상 부유구조물 연결체는 양단이 개방된 형태를 가지는 부력체의 개방된 단부를 폐쇄하여 부력체의 기밀을 유지하기 위한 플레이트와, 상기 플레이트의 일면에 형성되고 상기 부력체에 연결되는 연결부와, 상기 플레이트의 타면 일측에 형성된 제1 조립부와, 상기 플레이트의 타면 타측에 형성되고, 상기 제1 조립부와 대응되어 조립가능한 형태를 갖는 제2 조립부를 포함함으로써, 부력체의 기밀을 유지할 수 있음은 물론이고, 조립이 용이하여 가두리 양식장을 비롯하여 다양한 형태의 해상 구조물을 간편하고 효율적으로 제작할 수 있으며, 부력체 간의 결합강도가 높아 부력체 간의 연결상태를 장기간 안정적으로 유지하여 해상구조물의 내구성을 향상시키며, '┐', '┬', '┼' 등 다양한 형태로 조립이 가능하고, 유지보수를 용이하게 할 뿐 아니라 해체 작업을 용이하게 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
