PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic material, having excellent dispersibility of an oil agent without any caking, and giving favorable feeling during the use and a pearly touch as well.SOLUTION: A solid powder cosmetic material contains a powder component (A) and at least one oil agent which dissolves transparently when for 2 portions by mass of and 95% ethanol (B), 1 portion by mass of the oil agent is mixed. The amount of the oil agent is at least 60 mass% of the total amount of the oil agents of the cosmetic material. Then, the dispersibility of the oil agent increases and caking does not occur thereby the solid powder cosmetic material giving favorable feeling and fine pearly touch can be obtained.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】油剤分散性に優れ、ケーキングが発生しない、使用感に優れ、パール感も良好な固形粉体化粧料を提供することにある。【解決手段】(A)粉体成分と、(B)95%エタノールの質量2に対し、油剤の質量が1となる比率で混合した際に透明に溶解する油剤を1種以上を含有し、前記油剤が、化粧料の油剤総量に対して60質量%以上であることを特徴とする。【効果】油剤の分散性が向上し、ケーキングが生じず、良好な使用感と優れたパール感のある固形粉体化粧料が得られる。【選択図】なし
