The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical complex formulation comprising a first mixing unit including amlodipine and chlorthalidone, which exhibits the improved elution rate and stability. The pharmaceutical complex formulation comprises: a first mixing unit including amlodipine and chlorthalidone； and a second mixing unit including losartan. According to the present invention, the complex formulation can prevent or treat cardiovascular diseases in an effective manner by mechanisms of amlodipine, losartan, and chlorthalidone different from each other. The complex formulation with the minimized interaction between drugs exhibits excellent storage stability and elution rate of amlodipine, losartan, and chlorthalidone, thereby being efficiently used in a pharmaceutical field.본 발명은 암로디핀과 클로르탈리돈을 포함하는 제1혼합부와 로자탄을 포함하는 제2혼합부를 포함하는, 개선된 용출률 및 안정성을 나타내는 약제학적 복합 제제에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 복합 제제는 암로디핀, 로자탄 및 클로르탈리돈의 서로 다른 메커니즘에 의해 심혈관계 질환을 효과적으로 예방 또는 치료할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 약물 간 상호반응이 최소화되어 우수한 암로디핀, 로자탄 및 클로르탈리돈의 용출률 및 보관 안정성을 나타내는 바, 제약분야에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
