PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic which contains a vinyl polymer having a carbosiloxane dendrimer structure and is excellent in adhesion to the skin, provides finished skin with gloss, and maintains the adhesion and hardly migrates in color even over time time.SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic contains: (A) perfluoropolyether which is liquid at 25°C (B) vinyl polymer which includes a carbosiloxane dendrimer structure at its side chain (C) highly polymerized polyether-modified silicone represented by a general formula (1) (D) nonvolatile oil which is liquid at 25°C and has a solubility parameter of 16.5 or more and (E) volatile silicon oil. In the general formula (1), A is a methyl group, a phenyl group, or a polyoxyalkylene group represented by a general formula: -CHO(CHO)(CHO), R is a methyl group, or a phenyl group. m is a number of 150-1000. n is a number of 1-20, and at least one of A is polyoxyalkylene group), where mass ratio (A)/(C) of the component (A) and the component (C) is 0.05-200.
