The invention describes a tubular patch (3) made of PGA fabric, optionally containing within it a mesh tubular support (10) in PGA/ PLA, for implantation to replace one or more urethral and/or ureteral removed segments for use in tissue reconstruction of said removed segments for the treatment of diseases such as necrosis, stenosis, tumours, trauma, iatrogenic injuries and the like, or congenital malformations, wherein the patch is suitable to be used without any coating of culture cells previously cultured and/or surface treatment to promote engraftment during regrowth of the autologous tissues.La invención describe un parche tubular (3) hecho de tela de PGA, conteniendo opcionalmente dentro de éste un soporte tubular de malla (10) en PGA/PLA, para implantación para reemplazar uno o más segmentos uretrales y/o ureterales removidos para usarse en reconstrucción de tejido de dichos segmentos removidos para el tratamiento de enfermedades tales como necrosis, estenosis, tumores, traumas, lesiones iatrogénicas y similares, o malformaciones congénitas, en donde el parche es adecuado para ser usado sin recubrimiento alguno de células de cultivo previamente cultivadas y/o tratamiento superficial para promover prendimiento durante el recrecimiento de los tejidos autólogos.
