A device for the application of two components of fibrin adhesive at a treatment site comprising a support (1) for syringes comprising two parallel cylindrical housings (10,11) to receive corresponding syringes and a plunger connecting member (2), characterised in that the said syringe support (1) comprises a passage (12) for insertion of the said plunger connecting member (2), the said passage (12) being located in the space defined between the cylindrical housings (10,11) of the said syringe support (1), the said plunger connector (2) having a zone with a suitable geometry to slide within the said passage (12) and in that the transverse cross-section of the said passage (12) of the syringe support (1) has a maximum opening at the ends and a minimum opening in the central part.
