Provided are: a heptamer-type small guide (sg) nucleic acid which can induce the apoptosis of at least two types of human hematologic cancer cells and comprises any seven nucleotide sequences selected from SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 12 and a therapeutic agent for cancer, which contains the heptamer-type small guide nucleic acid as an active ingredient. A novel heptamer-type sg nucleic acid can be provided, which can induce the apoptosis of at least two types of hematologic cancer cells.Linvention concerne : un petit acide nucléique guide (sg) de type heptamère qui peut induire lapoptose dau moins deux types de cellules cancéreuses hématologiques humaines et comprenant lune quelconque des sept séquences nucléotidiques choisies parmi SEQ ID NO:1 à SEQ ID NO:12 et un agent thérapeutique pour le cancer, lequel contient le petit acide nucléique guide de type heptamère comme principe actif. Linvention concerne un nouvel acide nucléique sg de type heptamère qui peut induire lapoptose dau moins deux types de cellules cancéreuses hématologiques.2種以上のヒト血液がん細胞のアポトーシスを誘導する、配列番号1から12のいずれかの7塩基配列からなるヘプタマー型スモールガイド核酸と、このヘプタマー型スモールガイド核酸を有効成分として含有するがん治療薬で2腫以上の血液がん細胞のアポトーシスを誘導することができる新規なヘプタマー型sg核酸を提供する。
