The present invention relates to a surgical suture apparatus having a sewing function. In accordance with one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a surgical suture apparatus comprising: a coupling part, a shaft part connected to the coupling part, an operating part, and a suture part connected to the shaft part by way of the operating part, the suture part including a support, a surgical needle and a needle driving part, wherein the surgical needle operates in a direction substantially orthogonal to the support by the needle driving part, and a suture thread from the surgical needle and a suture thread from the support are entangled with each other by the operations.La présente invention concerne un appareil de suture chirurgicale doté d'une fonction de couture. Un aspect de la présente invention propose un appareil de suture chirurgicale qui comprend une partie d'accouplement, une partie de tige reliée à la partie d'accouplement, une partie d'actionnement et une partie de suture reliée à la partie de tige au moyen de la partie d'actionnement, la partie de suture comprenant un support, une aiguille chirurgicale et une partie d'entraînement d'aiguille, l'aiguille chirurgicale travaillant dans une direction essentiellement perpendiculaire au support en étant entraînée par la partie d'entraînement d'aiguille, un fil de suture provenant de l'aiguille chirurgicale et un fil de suture provenant du support étant entremêlés l'un avec l'autre par les opérations.
