To enhance amusement and performance effect of meals when eating, achieve good appearance of cuisine and differentiation of external appearance, and suppress to minimum deterioration of texture and flavor of food materials by executing just before eating, mixing timing of mixing a staple food material such as boiled rice, noodles, and bread with a liquid food such as sauce and soup in cooking process.SOLUTION: A method for supplying a liquid food for mixing with a staple food material such as cooked rice, noodle and bread includes: arranging in a flat surface part area of a dish plate on which a staple food material is not placed, one bottom face opening of a circular column or square column-shaped container with both bottom faces opened so as to be in parallel to and be abutted on the flat face part of the dish plate after placing the staple food material on the dish plate； putting only the one bottom face opening into a closed state on the dish plate； filling a liquid food from the other container bottom face opening； and opening on the dish plate the liquid food filled in the container from the container bottom face opening in which the closed state is released by separating the container from the dish plate by lifting the container when eating, and mixing with the staple food material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】 本発明は、喫食時の興趣性や食膳の演出効果を高め、料理の見映えや外観上の差別化を図り、さらに、調理過程におけるソースやつゆ等の液状食品と米飯や麺類、パン類等の主食材の混合タイミングを喫食直前に行うことで食材が持つ食感や風味の劣化を最小限に抑えることを課題とする。【解決手段】 料理皿に主食材を載置した後、主食材が載置されていない料理皿の平面部の領域において、両底面が開口した円柱形状もしくは角柱形状の容器の一方の底面開口部を料理皿の平面部に対し平行な状態で、かつ、接するように配置し、一方の底面開口部のみ料理皿で閉塞された状態を作り、もう一方の容器底面開口部から液状食品を充填し、喫食時に容器を持ち上げる等し容器と料理皿を分離させることで閉塞状態が解除された容器底面開口部から容器に充填されていた液状食品を料理皿上に開放させ主食材に合わせる。【選択図】図５
