The bearing member 4 includes: an inner ring 41； an outer ring 42； and a rolling element 43. The holding member 5 comes into contact with both end parts of the outer ring 42. The guide member 6 has a guide surface 61 for guiding a fishing line on the outer peripheral side thereof.
