According to the present invention, a medical auto tacker comprises: a handle unit including a main body unit, a grip unit extending from a part of the main body unit, an operation unit formed on a part of the grip unit, and a fastening unit formed on a front end of one side of the main body unit； a coupling unit including a rotation unit and detachably coupled and installed on the fastening unit of the handle unit； a first shaft unit with the other side detachably coupled and installed on the coupling unit； a joint shaft unit including a rear joint shaft coupled and installed on a front end of one side of the first shaft unit and a front joint shaft coupled and installed on one side of the rear joint shaft such that the front joint shaft is bendable with respect to a hinge unit formed on the rear joint shaft by means of a rotation operation of the rotation unit； a second shaft unit with the other side detachably coupled and installed on the front joint shaft； a tack loaded in the second shaft unit； an electric motor unit installed in the main body unit and generating rotational power； and a control unit counting and displaying the number of revolutions of the electric motor unit and the number of tacks launched from the second shaft unit, wherein the tack is automatically launched while rotating in the second shaft unit through the rotational power of the electric motor unit by an operation of the operation unit.
